Located in Playa de Palma, Hipotels Playa de Palma Palace & Spa features a garden, a terrace, an outdoor pool and a spa centre. There is free WiFi throughout. Everything was perfect. We moved from a less than perfect place and I was praying this would be a sanctuary away from that for the last couple of days. It was superb, the staff were fantastic from arrival to departure. The rooftop bar has beautiful views and wasn't too expensive at all. There was one member of staff in particular (guy with lots of tattoos, I didn't catch his name) who amongst other things was getting people to tables at peak time at breakfast, doing sublime work, some guests were starting to flap, he never flinched.

Bed and shower was great The bed is large and super comfy and shower is large so there was plenty of room. By the way breakfast service is amazing. If you are early morning person There is coffee machine in the room to start your day.

Breakfast buffet is excellent. Hotel directly located across beach. Views are exceptional. Access to Alcudia and Pollença was easy. Heated swimming pools were also very good. Rooms are perfect in size and very clean.

Convenient distance from the airport, walking distance to the beach. The room was clean and very welcoming, the beds were amazing. The breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing. There was a vide variety of choices to pick from. The pool is nice and clean. The staff was professional and kind, overall satisfied. Will book again if headed that way! I love everything here. We really enjoyed our holiday in your hotel. The location is the best, the beach 🏖️ just in front of the hotel, just 100 meters bus station is right there, so many beachfront restaurants nearby, big party club just on foot. Breakfast was great. For sure we will be there again. And thank you so much for all very nice staffs.

The location with a garden so beautifully kept. All the staff were happy, positive and always helpful, Excellent range of foods..amazing selection to suit any diet or nationality. Seating on the outside patio under the sails and palm trees looking over to the pool was my favourite dining experience. I have had a wonderful holiday I was on my own but never lonely.. Everything had been given so much thought to thanks to management and staff.
