The walk to the beach was easy and hotel was close to many restaurants. Overall, we were impressed with everything and would highly recommend!

Prekrasan i presladak hotel, čisto sve, ručnici mirišu po omekšivaču, osoblje je jako ljubazno i dobro prica engleski. Nismo mogli ostati na doručku jer nam je let bio u 3 ujutro pa su nam ponudili opciju ranog doručka i pripremili nam doručak za ponijeti (sendvič, sok i nektarina).

Offering a terrace for the guests of the hotel only with sunbeds, umbrellas & plunge pool, Hotel Cort is located in Plaza Cort, Palma de Mallorca, in the heart of the city and in front of the Town... Everything about Hotel Cort was excellent. Jose and Natalia were extremely welcoming and helpful. We had lost our way coming back from the Port. I reached out to Hotel Cort via What's app, and Natalia instantly responded. She gave me directions and put me at ease with her kind words. The service, the rooms, and the hospitality is beyond expectations. Wish I could stay longer. Hope I can go back to Hotel Cort again.

I’m normally not one to write reviews but Universal Hotel Aquamarin has proved they are well worth this five star review. Firstly, from the second you arrive in the door you are greeted with bright smiles, enthusiastic staff and a glass of champagne. They ask about any need you may require during your time there and they cater to it. It has been a while since I’ve experienced a group of staff who are so considerate and remember even the little things about every guest. For example I let them know I had fish for dinner one night and the next night I had dinner at the hotel restaurant they remembered my dinner choice from the night before. They also remembered I smoked and each time they would bring me an ashtray before I even knew I needed one. Also little details like saying and remembering your name whilst serving you. As a solo traveler it was nice to know I was seen and not overlooked by larger families and groups. The breakfast and dinner was phenomenal and I have to give a special shout out to my friend Sergio who made my stay very comfortable. There is a wide variety to choose from for breakfast also and the chef also prepares more breakfast options. They have great choices from fish, meat and vegetarian on their menu also. The most impeccable part of my stay here was the view. I felt compelled to gatekeep this location but it is too beautiful not to share with others. Tanning on the sun beds was my favourite part of the stay and you are so close to the water you can dip in and out for a swim easily. I also tried out the spa which was amazing and eased my muscle and back pain which I had been suffering with for a while. I would recommend booking in advance as they tend to be fully booked and they were fully booked during my stay here also. As you can tell by my review I really love this hotel and cannot wait to return later in the year. 10/10 spot.

We had an amazing family stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The hotel itself was spotless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight. It was rich, varied, and had everything you could possibly crave, setting us up perfectly for the day. To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel gifted us a bottle of wine, two bottles of olive oil, and some delicious chips at the end of our stay. It was a thoughtful and personal touch that made our visit feel extra special. We will definitely be returning, and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable place to stay!
Booking messed up my booking but the manager sorted it for us even though I had a hissy fit with some of he’s staff.

The location with a garden so beautifully kept. All the staff were happy, positive and always helpful, Excellent range of foods..amazing selection to suit any diet or nationality. Seating on the outside patio under the sails and palm trees looking over to the pool was my favourite dining experience. I have had a wonderful holiday I was on my own but never lonely.. Everything had been given so much thought to thanks to management and staff.
Apsolutno sve je bilo vise od ocekivanog. Hotel ima dvije **, ali definitivno zasluzuje vise. Lokacija savrsena, sve bitne stavke su na 10, 15 i 20 min pjesice, urednost na jako visokom nivou, a osoblje ljubazno i pristupacno. Od mene preporuka, kad bi opet isla na Mallorcu opet bi uzela taj hotel.
