This hotel exceeded all my expectations (and I have stayed in many hotels with different price ranges around the world). Exceptionally helpful staff who helped us (me and my family of 4) organize transport, find restaurants and places of interest. The hotel is kept in a period style from the 50-60ies (I think), and is very well maintained (I really hope that this original style will be preserved in the future). The breakfast was sumptuous, with lots of food. The location is great, short walks to the seaside and the central parts of the town.

This level of care and attention is why we’ll keep choosing this property again and again. Knowing the owner is personally involved and genuinely cares about his guests makes all the difference. Located less than 1 km from Safi Beach, Marassi Boutique Hotel-Blanca offers 3-star accommodation in El Alamein and features a terrace. Firstly , massive shout out to Gomana and Ayman the receptionist. They were amazing in every single second in my business trip. In my first day I fully broke my phone and Gomana went above and beyond to helping me out. Furthermore, The airline lost my bag and Gomana and Ayman did not make me feel a single piece of stress. Very massive well done to their professionalism and service, it exceeds the standards of 7 star hotels abroad. Also from the restaurant, Soltan, Zaki and Abou Zeid they were the best I have ever dealt with and made me feel like home. Sometimes something’s I wanted were not available but they went the extra mile to get me whatever I want. Massive well done to the team and staff.
