This hotel exceeded all my expectations (and I have stayed in many hotels with different price ranges around the world). Exceptionally helpful staff who helped us (me and my family of 4) organize transport, find restaurants and places of interest. The hotel is kept in a period style from the 50-60ies (I think), and is very well maintained (I really hope that this original style will be preserved in the future). The breakfast was sumptuous, with lots of food. The location is great, short walks to the seaside and the central parts of the town.

He surprised us with a beautifully personalized cake, a room adorned with balloons and roses, and the most thoughtful detail—changing the pillowcases to ones that said “Happy Anniversary.” It was such a heartfelt gesture, and it turned our celebration into a cherished memory we’ll hold onto forever. This level of care and attention is why we’ll keep choosing this property again and again. Knowing the owner is personally involved and genuinely cares about his guests makes all the difference. A big thank you to the entire team as well—Mr. Khalid, Hana, and Areej were exceptional in making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We’re deeply grateful and can’t wait to return! Farouq and Aisha

Marassi Boutique Hotel-Blanca ligger mindre end 1 km fra Safi Strand og tilbyder 3-stjernet indkvartering i El Alamein med terrasse. Firstly , massive shout out to Gomana and Ayman the receptionist. They were amazing in every single second in my business trip. In my first day I fully broke my phone and Gomana went above and beyond to helping me out. Furthermore, The airline lost my bag and Gomana and Ayman did not make me feel a single piece of stress. Very massive well done to their professionalism and service, it exceeds the standards of 7 star hotels abroad. Also from the restaurant, Soltan, Zaki and Abou Zeid they were the best I have ever dealt with and made me feel like home. Sometimes something’s I wanted were not available but they went the extra mile to get me whatever I want. Massive well done to the team and staff.
