Breakfast, room cleaness, reception, everything was sharp. At walking distance restaurants but recommended for hawain atmosphere Hula Hula, Bar restaurant, owner super attentive and workers too. Our meals were freshley prepared and super deliciuos. In general, our wxperience in Quito waa amazing. Please use private drivers from hotel, very special, patient, and feel very secure, prices are OK, for a peace of mind, since we compared and their were not huge difference. Space is short to express my overall joy.

The staff constantly made sure that you had what you needed. At one point my wife had an upset stomach and the staff was quick in making sure she was treated. They went as far as going out and getting her chicken soup. John and Elizabeth were awesome hosts and made the stay memorable. I recommend you have them take you on their tours.
