I highly recommend the house-made hazelnut schnapps. I wish I could have bought a bottle. It is 150 meters from the small village center. We had nice drinks and cakes there.

The annex was the perfect place to return to after walking the Malerweg trail being able to relax in the garden and prepare a homemade meal in the small kitchen. And if you ever dreamt of showering inside with the feeling of almost being outside in the lush greens, then you've found your place.

The receptionists were personable, helpful, and kind. Our room was perfect for three people and used the pull out couch for one of us. It was comfortable. The sauna was a bonus! We enjoyed the open kitchen and honor system for drinks. I would stay here again.
