The bed was incredibly comfy. It was spotlessly clean. There was also a small personal terrace to your room. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food and service was first class. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, these were the nicest bead rolls we’d had on our road trip and the little pots of oats were divine. Will definitely be back, even if to just eat that wonderful risotto again.

The room we were given (room #2) had the perfect setting for our family (2 rooms separated by a door, so we could stay awake a bit longer while our kids were sleeping in the other room). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to come back.

Hotel Bären Titisee features large rooms, an indoor pool, and a traditional restaurant serving local specialities. It is located 860 metres above sea level, just 400 metres from the Titisee Lake. The staff was very friendly and professional. The Saturday dinner was incredible. The breakfast buffet is also very good. We had a good time at the hotel bar in the evening. The location is great, just a 7min walk to the lake or the Badeparadies. Would definitely recommend the place for a weekend getaway.
