Right across from a grocery store and near the market. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Mindelo is a nice walkable little town.

This boutique hotel was well situated on a charming, quiet street in central Mindelo; it’s also only a few blocks away from the harbor and right near the main area to explore. Perfect location! From the beginning of my reservation, communication with the hotel was efficient and helpful. I also received a warm welcome upon arrival, even though I came late at night after my flight. The rooms are beautiful, well-decorated and very clean, and there is a cute patio area where you can relax outside of your rooms and have a delicious breakfast. I appreciated the friendly service and attention to detail from the staff. Absolutely loved this place and wish I could have stayed here a bit longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Luna for a week. It's a perfect place to explore Mindelo. It's quiet because not fully in the center yet very close to the beach. The absolute highlight for us was the staff that cared extremely well for us while my wife was a bit sick -- it feels so good in those moment to be around nice and caring people. We will always come back to Luna if we get to Mindelo.

We ate dinner at the hotel three nights because the food, atmosphere and staff were great. It is a ittle gem off the main street. Small dining room, homey feel with the chef cooking your meal 10 ft away in open kitchen. Nice food and wine sekectuon.staff were lovely. Breakfast included with eggs, fruit, coffee, bread and cheese. Definitely check it out. highly recommended.
