It’s a beautiful spot but just remember in termales electricity and phone signal are not readily available so don’t expect that but what you do get in stead is beautiful tranquility and a whole New side of Colombia. The hotel is really nice, comfortable, the breakfast it’s buffet and it’s pretty good and varied, the staff customer service was excelente and the location is in front of the airport which is the most safety area. The good service, specially Luisa which took care of finding tours when the conditions were not ideal. Nice shelters. Everything was very clean. The jungle just a few meters with a long walk behind the hotel. Many animals to be seen from the hotel, lizards, squirrel, colibri... Avialable coffee and water. Night fire.
The staff are great. From our arrival to departure they took great care of us going out of there way to make us feel comfortable.
This place is pure magic, with a wonderful beach and nice places close by that you can visit. If you want to disconnect from the city this is the perfect place to rest and enjoy delicious food while reconnecting with nature. Everything is always clean and they are always ready to help. Oscar and her Luci were super kind and Leo prepared the best food with this amazing flavor that made us feel as we were at home (just a little better than home). They pay special attention to details, clean water inside your bedroom, filtered water to drink and delicios coffe and herbal tea to make tour stay pleasant.
The location is perfect for adventure and diving trips in the bay. The staff is nice and available to help
Amazing property, the rooms were incredibly spacious even for six of us.
Good for a short stay, has AC and a nice pool and is close to the beach.
