Very close to the airport (within walking distance), beach, and center of town. This is a good rest stop if you need a place to stay for a night before going on to other remotes parts within the surrounding area. Very Helpful staff - I forgot my shoes at checkout and they contacted me after I had already left to find out where I was, and then went out of their way to deliver them by bike.

The costs of everything from tours to hotels to food was very expensive, especially for the service provided, everyone was not very nice. Would not recommend Nuqui city. Would maybe recommend the outside towns near it.

Again Hotel Acuali is a wonderful experience, Marisol and Ciro treat you like family. I miss them.
And Nuqui is treasure of a visit. Fishing villages nearby and vistas like Guacholito are exquisitie. Food (Pacifico) is best in Colombia. Mix of Embera and African culture is wonderful. This is a destination not to be missed.
I traveled to over 60 countries. This is as good as it gets.
