It's a basic hotel and like the rest of the village it has normal rooms, not too big. If you thinking of staying in a 5 star hotel this is not the place. But if you like to get close to the locals, and go for eco-tourism this is a perfect place!

The area of Nuqui is beautiful. Not nuqui the city itself. The beach in Nuqui was very dirty. The people in the city of Nuqui were not very welcoming and disrespectful. The costs of everything from tours to hotels to food was very expensive, especially for the service provided, everyone was not very nice. Would not recommend Nuqui city. Would maybe recommend the outside towns near it.

Again Hotel Acuali is a wonderful experience, Marisol and Ciro treat you like family. I miss them.
And Nuqui is treasure of a visit. Fishing villages nearby and vistas like Guacholito are exquisitie. Food (Pacifico) is best in Colombia. Mix of Embera and African culture is wonderful. This is a destination not to be missed.
I traveled to over 60 countries. This is as good as it gets.
