Favorite place was el torre del reloj in the historic centre. Good cheap food at Totopo , Bolivar and Valentino restaurant for more luxury. You can get around in Cartagena by taxi. I have had good taxi drivers. i advise to take the city sightseeing tour
The people, the food and just a very positive experience. My favorite place was walking along the wall and the plazas. My favorite spot was Plaza Bolivar.
