With a special plus for John and Walter who were more than fantastic. The staff is definitely attentive to your needs and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Superb hotel. Impeccable cleanliness, the bed is comfortable, very nice room, hot water, almost silent air conditioning and the rooms are well insulated. The breakfast is superb, it has everything and more. The location is super beautiful, surrounded by trees and waterfalls. A good walk on the other hand to get to restaurants and where there is action. But everything is done well with a taxi in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel. It was perfect. Thank you for everything Leterra Hotel.

The staff was incredibly helpful - we had a problem with our flights and they provided us a cellphone to call the airline, their computer, and their help and time (more than an hour), we are very very thankful for that!! The rooms are amazing, although ours didn't had natural light, before our arrival they sent us pictures and asked us if it was okay, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was very good.
