Mick at the front desk was super helpful and gave great advice on tourist ideas as well as speaking English very well. Definitely will stay again on our next Beijing visit. Kids lover the dip pool on the top floor. We all loved the varied breakfast.

There was always one staff member who spoke English and even when one of them did not speak great English, she still communicated efficiently with me using translation apps. Every single staff member was so kind and one even helped me carry bags to my room. They truly went above and beyond and were spectacular. Despite my last minute booking, they upgraded my room to a larger room with a terrace and tea nook. I was blown away at how clean, new, and comfortable this hotel was. It was safe, quiet, and lovely. The bathroom was so clean, updated, and everything smelled like green tea as that is the scent of their soaps. The location is also great as it is situated right in the middle of a well known hutuong. I'd highly recommend this hotel if you'll be in Beijing!

Our waitress Sadie was a great host. Despite the fact that her English was not there, she did her utmost best to communicate through translating the app and made it very enjoyable. 10+.for her. Mr. Peter, the F&B manager, arranged our steaks and Tomahawk at the lounge, and his exceptional customer service 10+. Restaurant/ breakfast buffet/ dinner by far the best on our trip. Exec sous chef, very nice gentleman. Overal restaurant experience 10+. Good work of all staff and will be my main hub in Beijing from now on. Concierge, 10+, very helpful and organized great trip to great wall with great guide.
