I couldn't book a room in the same hotel for three days after but they kept our backpacks for three days while we were at the Torres del Paine. The room was small but comfortable, relaxing decoration, the space was well used. The bathroom was also relaxing and clean. The breakfast was nice with some variety. We didn't have much time to explore the common spaces but they seemed relaxing as well. The price/quality ratio is also quite good, we stayed at another place for the same price and we would have switch if possible without hesitation. Definitely a place to come back.

The design of the hotel is simple yet elegant; we loved the minimalist look, which highlights the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The views are spectacular from every room. Service was exceptional and the breakfast and dinner offerings were delicious and varied. Getting to and from Puerto Natales was easy--a taxi will get you to town within just a few minutes for about $4,000-5,000 Chilean pesos. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to others!
