Breakfast is unforgettable, because we were welcomed in the morning by such a nice lady who served us a fantastic breakfast. Everything homemade and fresh and and we could tell everything was prepared with love. The meditative, relaxing music in the background creates a beautiful atmosphere. The room is spacious, cosy with nice lighting, modern and super clean and it is apparent that the hotel owners are very conscious about the environment. Punta Arenas is a small town and we could easily walk to the center - great location. What can I say... Ilaia is a beautiful hotel and our nice experience there will be unforgettable.
