This has probably been the best hotel boutique I have stayed in. La House and decor are magnificent, the homemade food delicious, the servicie outstanding and such a pleasant atmosphere! Congrats! Its spacious rooms have balconies and free Wi-Fi.... Everything to be honest! The rooms with a magnificent view of Mount Osorno was amazing! The tea and coffee facilities in the room. And the best part, the totally amazing Breakfast. The salad bar at breakfast was the best we've ever seen! Cumbres is the best hotel and we would definitely rate it 7 star. The facilities and the staff were beyond our expectations!

We thought the location was closer to the highway, but found out it was closer to the center of the city. The parking of the hotel is right in front of the entrance or also in the underground parking that is free for the guests. The staff were all very helpful, accommodating and always smiling. The complimentary drinks including coffee on our (each?) floor was really appreciated especially with cold and hot filtered water. The room was huge and we had a view to the river that was nice. Definitely will stay again if happens!
