Built in 1915 and representing an important part of the historical heritage of Lausanne, the Lausanne Palace is an elegant 5-star hotel in the heart of the business and shopping district. The bed was incredibly comfortable and sheets were just perfect. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The service was top-knotch. I would like to particularly acknowledge Guillame at the front desk who extended my check-out without any hesitation. The concierge team ( especially Christophe and Wilson) was extraordinary and they provided the best service ever. They made our family stay superb. One last person I would like to acknowledge was Delphine at the spa. She was so kind to my daughters and her smile was just angelic. Overall, everything far exceeded our expectations! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Excellent ground floor apartment. We were surprised at the size and all the facilities and comfort. From lounge to kitchen to dining room and bedrooms, there were few things to fault. Any items you wanted from glass to pot to utensil to power lead to anything you could need. At 960m asl it pleasantly cool in midsummer and away from the stifling heat lower down in the Vaud. Transport links were excellent, except to France!

Great top floor apartment with amazing views of the alps. One big room to fit family of 4 with kitchen facilities. The coffee machine with pods was a bonus and the chocolate was also a lovely touch! We were nice and close to the Vaudoise Arena and a 10 min walk to train, also close to supermarkets.

Great hotel to stay if you're hiking or skiing in Vaud region near Leysin. The staff are very nice, breakfast was simple but good, room simple, very clean and comfy. If we plan another weekend in the area we will definitely choose Hotel du Cerf again :)

Hotel was Clean, staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast and evening meal were superb. Location was ideal for exploring Vaud due to train station proximity. Excellent stay - would highly recommend and stay again.

Excellent facility with amazing service in all aspects. This is the second time we have stayed here and we would definitely return. Tennis court and Coach available on site, making this yet an even more attractive option for those wishing to play some tennis.
We absolutely loved this place! Stunning view, great location, historical building and lovely staff. The room was spacious and balcony facing the lake was breathtaking. We would definitely go again and highly recommend it.

One of my favorite hotel stays ever. The hotel itself is gorgeous - out of a fairytale. The staff was amazing. The Salavaux/Vully area is so special. We rented a vespa from the hotel and drove around the countryside - and the hotel packed us a picnic lunch of cheese, ham, bread and wine. The staff helped us find the best wineries nearby. We had an incredible dinner at the hotel our first night. I couldn't say enough amazing things about our stay here.
