The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. The Matterhorn view rooms have a wonderful, unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. The staff is all very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle and will pick you up from the train station. They have have a luggage storage area and we’re even kind enough to allow me to store my luggage for the night prior to checking in while I stayed at the igloo village on the mountain.

Veldig sentralt, god frokost, god fondue og veldig hjelpsom personal. Vi sov en natt på Walliserhof og på avreisedagen gikk vi en fjelltur, da vi kom tilbake til Hotellet kunne vi ta en dusj i Spaområde uten betaling. det bar veldig veldig deilig.

Great value for money and they really think about every little detail to make your stay comfortable and to have a local experience. Everything is of high quality and I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a great balance of experiencing an physical outdoor holiday but also likes the balance of some little luxuries.

Awesome view of the Matterhorn from the hotel. Also the free transfer from central station to the hotel before check in and from hotel to the central station after check out. It is also walking distance to the bus station and the local train station....
Beautiful view from out huge balcony. Lovely big room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is very diverse and generous. Staff is very polite and helpful. Wonderful spa facilities and pools. We tried the fondue at the chalet style restaurant, it was delicious and well priced. Great customer service from the young waitress there too.
The location and the staff! Went above and beyond. Met the owner 3,x as he walked around checking on guests. A great host. The food was delish! Great options and we'll prepared and served. Sorry to leave. It was a wonderful ending to an 18 day trip. Certainly the highlight!! Can't wait to return for a longer stay. Thank you 🥰

The staff was polite, friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless with attention to detail and wooden finishes. The restaurant was one of the best restaurant we ate. The food was delicious with fresh ingredients. This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed
