The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, tidy and modern. I did a cycle event which started at 02.30 and they accommodated us for breakfast, with eggs, pastries, meats, cereals. Ski storage room, which the hotel were happy for us to use for bike storage. Great location to centre of town. Can't say enough good things!

First and foremost the host/general manager Sylvie and her team who are wonderful and carrying! The atmosphere in the hotel is like you are visiting your cousins in the mountains:) Warm, friendly and with a human touch. Free coffee and tea are not to be forgotten but if you ask our two kids, it's the free Haribos that are the best. Location of the hotel is absolutely great, just 3 minutes on foot to the Medran ski lift. Breakfast is great as well

Beautiful little bed and breakfast with only a couple of minutes drive to the nearest skilift station. Spotless, cute room, great breakfast and very friendly staff! We also had a very tasty dinner at the restaurant. Very good value for money!
