A lovely hotel right at the heart of a lovely little town.
Super-convenient underground parking.
I was there for a trial race, and they even had a special "sports dinner" available in the restaurant - and for those with early race starts, had early breakfast available too.
Staff and Owner really helpful (specifically let me keep the car in the garage while I did my run and only charged me for 1 person, when I had booked for 2 (and they would not have had to). Little gestures like that are wonderful and truly appreciated. Thank you!

Very well maintained property with Swiss style efficiency
Offers a good access to the ski area Verbier/4 Vallees.
Offers a good access to the ski area Verbier/4 Vallees.
La Tzoumas is very quite and suits those who are rather looking for a quite place. Night life is almost non-existent.
3-4 Restaurants and a super market are available.

La Tzoumaz is small, with a handful of lovely restaurants and bars. Easy ski access over to Verbier and the other peaks. The bus links are prompt but could be more regular, the last bus leaves the centre at 5pm, making it tricky to travel to/from the town in the evening without a car (or walking in our case).
Skiing back to La Tzoumaz from Verbier can only be done via a 'yellow' route (unkept - with moguls), otherwise there is an easy bus link from Verbier to the gondola up to La Tzoumaz.

It's a great place in the summer to go walking but the information on the walking paths isn't very easy to find. We needed easy paths to follow and found several paths that weren't marked on the maps provided from the tourist info. I would advise preparing a little in advance and then just exploring.
Great, friendly restaurants to suit your budget, LaPoste, Auberge and LaBlanc.
There is also a fully stocked supermarket there.

Great little town with quick access to Verbier ski area.
Great little town with quick access to Verbier ski area. Only a few restaurants/bars but all of high standard (Hotel De La Poste and Le Blanc both v good!). Only issue is that getting back to La Tzoumaz from Verbier at end of the day is a little frustrating as you have to connect via bus to bottom of Savoleyres lift unless you want to tackle the off piste itinerary back to La Tzoumaz... buses seemed to be relatively frequent but would only take one more chair lift to make to resorts flow far better! Amazing ski area if you are a proficient skier and enjoy off piste

Nice ski area - enough for a day or half day exploring.
Nice ski area - enough for a day or half day exploring. Getting over to Verbier is a little tricky as the lifts aren’t great on that side, but La Tzoumaz does give you access into the 4 valleys area without paying Verbier prices. Nice bars and restaurants, friendly people that we met. If the weather is poor, try the walk to la maison de la Forêt (in the local website).
I am gluten free but didn’t inform the hotel so it was my problem- otherwise wonderful selection and I could pick out things to eat . They also prepared a takeaway coffee for me - so nice 👍 loved their dog 🐕 too
