A very pleasant breakfast and excellent dinner. Easily accommodated our vegetarian and gluten free diet. Not inexpensive- but not much is in Switzerland. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Located in rural surroundings in Praz on the shore of Lake Murten, Hôtel Restaurant Cave Bel-Air offers a private beach, a garden and rooms with a balcony and beautiful views of the lake. The lake-side location, the garden terraces, the room size, and the comfort of the bed & bedding were all excellent. We were over the moon that there was a large fan in our room during the heatwave days of July. The staff was pleasant, kind and accommodating. The breakfast coffee was superb, the best I've had in my many visits to Switzerland.
