Beautiful elegant hotel well situated. Grand old hotel with all modern conveniences. Beautiful lobby and service was great except problems with repeated demagnetized key cards. Modern and well appointed rooms with large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Bed was comfortable. Nice little touches with complementary nuts, muffin and chocolates. Breakfast was fantastic with everything available. Elegant bar and dining room for breakfast. Nice patio outside to overlook Lake Lucerne. Overall little to complain about and much to laud. A true 5 star hotel.

The room we got, facing the river, had an astonishing view, a balcony and was very spacious. All the staff was highly professional and very kind and helpful. The overall service was at the highest level. Hotel's restaurant serves amazing breakfast and any other meal. We were also offered a welcome drink and lots of best swiss chocolate <3 We travel a lot around Switzerland and abroad and the experience in Lucerne was fantastic.
