The rooms where super comfortable and the atmosphere at the hotel was very welcoming. The view was spectacular and the staff was helpful and friendly. Spectacular stay - one of the most magical places I've ever stayed overnight. During my visit, we awoke above the clouds to watch the sunrise, and the experience is simply stunning. The room was perfect - comfortable, clean and more tastefully decorated than other mountaintop hotels I visited in Switzerland. Since all food has to be shipped up to the hotel, the quality of dinner far exceeded my expectations and the dining room is beautiful and classic. Staff agreed to an early check-out to allow me to descend on the first funicular run, which I appreciated.
