I loved everything, especially the bed, the bed linen, the pillows, and the duvet :) It was clean, comfortable, and in a good location.

The buffet breakfast starts from 6 AM through 10:30 AM which is very well prepared with delicious baked croissants and breads, fresh preserves and butter, hot porridge and various roasted vegetables, mushrooms, cold cuts, various cheeses, yogurts, fresh and dry fruits and nuts...of course various coffee and teas. The location is very convenient which is one tram stop from the train station and walking distance to the City Center. We had the Small Charming Room which it's true to its name. We had wonderful time and extended our staying because we had such a nice time!

Bartender very knowledgeable and recommended local liquors. Enjoyed exquisite martini and gin tonic. We were early for check in and the staff took great care with the luggage storage and all was waiting for us in the room after returning from the Christmas markets.

Highly recommended! The service was fantastic, we loved the design of the room. Morning breakfast was perfect. Fresh, delicious with local twist. They treated us with an extra care, when I informed about my husband birthday. Our breakfast was surprised with delicious birthday cake and a candle light! This explains everything!

Unique value for money accommodation in the heart of Basel. Modern, spacious and comfy rooms. Free mini bar was a bonus . Helpful and friendly staff . Nice roof top bar with terrace will be lovely in Summer time. Highly recommended.
