I loved everything, especially the bed, the bed linen, the pillows, and the duvet :) It was clean, comfortable, and in a good location.

The location is very convenient which is one tram stop from the train station and walking distance to the City Center. We had the Small Charming Room which it's true to its name. We had wonderful time and extended our staying because we had such a nice time!

We were early for check in and the staff took great care with the luggage storage and all was waiting for us in the room after returning from the Christmas markets.

They treated us with an extra care, when I informed about my husband birthday. Our breakfast was surprised with delicious birthday cake and a candle light! This explains everything!
