On my second stay, I felt as comfortable as if I had returned home. All the facilities were convenient and the breakfast was great. In particular, the Lake Louise and Moraine Lake shuttles depart from the lodge parking lot, which is big convenient.

Only issue is the parks employees at the gate were rude and tried to bully me us. It was a weird power trip. They were very mean and aggressive.

It’s is a very nice place. The staff are friendly. The place have a nice rustic cottage feel to it. I stay there again. Much better than Banff.
