Friendly, helpful, and informative. Facilities are first rate. Hot ordered breakfast was delicious (oh boy, the almond pastries!). And the lake is the star of the show. Only issue is the parks employees at the gate were rude and tried to bully me us. It was a weird power trip. They were very mean and aggressive.

It’s is a very nice place. The staff are friendly. The place have a nice rustic cottage feel to it. I stay there again. Much better than Banff.
