At night, the boom gate is open. The foot bridge (10 mins) to the Waterfront near there too. Go to Welcome Seafood by crossing the road next to Nasi Lemak Kahwin and walk through the building to the other side.Great food and service. Watson is also across that road. Great to buy bottle water, medicine and toiletries.

saya paling suka aircond yang sejuk dan tempat tidur yang baik . saya suka bilik mandi sebab walaupun sederhana tapi sangat cantik dan ada tempat menyangkut tuala dan pancuran untuk mandi pun sangat baik dan airnya sejuk . lokasi pun sangat ii baik kerana dekat dan boleh jalan kaki untuk ke supermarket ke Center Point dan ke 1Borneo . paling saya suka ialah tidak juga jauh dari Pasar Pilipin d Kota Kinabalu .

The beach views were amazing and the beach was perfect for our children to swim in. We had the whole beach to ourselves practically! The villa was well laid out and our kids LOVED the private pool. We would love to come back!
