I decided to stay here (overnight) primarily becase of reasonable price and parking (free, actually). The staff at the reception was nice, even though I arrived at 23:40. My opinion is that the hotel ir primarily aimed to freelancers and digital nomads, as average age of guests is under 30 IMO. Room was spotlessly clean and equipped just enough to ensure a pleasant stay (do not look for free amenities etc.) Breakfast (paid) was just right for everyone to find something to eat (although I have been there alone and it looked like only a few people pay for it). Al in all, my short stay there was very pleasant and given the free parking and nice joyful paintings on the walls everywhere this is a clear recommendation! Will stay there next time...

As we decided to live for some period in Varna, I can say its nice place to be, even in winter then is enough options what to do, where to go eat etc. Also, prices are really good.
The rooms are very big and clean, the bathrooms are also big and clean, the hotel is right on the beach, the parking is 20 leva/night, the pool is big, but not enough beach lounger, the food and the drinks was very good... A lot of places where you can buy souvenirs and a lot of things... And now... For all the people who say that the food is not good and it was the same in every day, let me tell you something... For the money that you paid, you can't eat caviar and who knows what expensive food you want... The food was very good and it was more than enough !!! There was on every meal 5-6 types of cooked food and a lot of salads... and a lot of fruits and deserts... and... everything... You can choose ONE OF THEM... not ALL OF THEM every day and in the next day to say that you want something else (another 5-6 types)... Really ??? You are not Elon Musk... Nobody eat at home 5-6 types of cooked food in one day... on one meal !!! I saw there a lot of people who take 4-5 plates of food and they leave 70% of the food on the table, because they can't eat so much !!! WHY DID THEY DO THAT ??? I tell you why... Because they don't care about the food that goes in the trash because of them... and they are... I don't want to say how..................... So, guys, from you leftovers, you can feed another 3 people !!!!! You can eat as much as you want, but put in your plate what you eat, not more... I eat quite a lot, but I put on my plate ONLY what I can eat... If I want more, I go and put again what I want... The food was very good !!! Stop making bad comments about food, you "rich" and arrogant people !!!

Everything! The manager, the staff all they are professional, nice, kind, friendly and supportive. The property is clean and tidy with different things to do. The all inclusive program is the best. Price and quality! Love it. My son was happy. I’m very happy. We will be back again! ☺️

Big hotel with sea view, close to beach (you get out from hotel, direct on the beach) A lot of varieties for breakfast (meat, vegetables, fruit, coffe, juice, pancake, pizza, etc) Some free parking in front of hotel, I think in full season you can't have it :-D Big rooms, ok beds, quiet and relaxing view from balcony! Close to Varna city (15-20 min by car) where you can eat at good restaurants.

Room was big enough, as well as the bathroom. The room was cleaned daily. The personnel was very welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent and very varied. The pools were clean. Their private beach was at 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. We did find unoccupied seats everyday both at the beach and by tbe pool. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitelly visit again.

It's really beautiful relaxing and green. The host is super friendly and helpful. Everyone from the stuff was very kind and thoughtful. We would definitely go there again. I find it quite romantic and the location also is great, close to the river, the beach and surrounded with trees.

We’ve been backpacking around the globe for almost a year and rarely give 5 stars but we loved this hidden gem of Bulgaria. We stumbled upon this affordable option away from the tourist cities yet close to the sea. It’s nestled in the peaceful woods in the strangest abandoned town that feels post-apocalyptic and really cool. A very memorable experience in Bulgaria and one of our favorite. The bed and bungalow is very comfortable and well-equipped with a wonderful shared outdoor kitchen for cooking and great private lanai! The grounds are one of the few nicely kept in the village and there are two adequate grocery shops nearby for bare necessities. Walking to the beach is wonderful and not at all crowded. Wifi is adequate for working!
