Set in Varna City, 2.7 km from Varna Beach, Hotel Campus 90 - Free Parking offers accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking and a bar. This hotel exceeded my expectations in all areas! It felt new, clean, and had a fun vibe to it! We really appreciated the underground parking -- there was always room for our car and we didn't have to worry about it! The included breakfast was surprisingly good! Be sure to ask for an omlette at the bar, as they do make them fresh for you. And then there are the typical cereals, croissants, toast, cucumbers, tomatoes etc. We also ordered the beef burger at the restaurant which was really tasty (a little expensive, but really good - worth the money!) Our flight from Varna didn't leave until 10pm -- and the hotel was VERY accommodating in allowing us a later checkout. After we checked out, they even allowed us to leave our car in the carpark while we went across the road for supper. All in all -- the best part of this hotel is the staff! Seriously, they all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Odlazak do Zlatnih pjasuka je bio razočaravajući, jer osim nagomilanih hotela i nebodera, nije bilo ničeg drugog. Povezanost Varne s Zlatnim pjasucima je dobra.
The town beach is great, especially Coastal Park. The city of Varna has a very run-down house, sidewalks and greenery, landscaped parks and only the very center. It is an excellent offer in restaurants, especially recommend the restaurant Serbian skara (Serbian grill). Be sure to visit the Archaeological Museum and the Tourist Board organizes free guided tours daily. For only 1.5 euro a city bus can go to the seaside resort Golden Sands that I was not impressed. A bus ticket from the airport is only 50 cents (1 lev).
Went sightseeing the first day - nice sights, although they could use a little bit more care, especially the Roman ruins which are spectacular, but poorly maintained. The promenade is beautiful and full of life, nice restaurants, cafes, gyros places and so on. The beach is nice if you like sand and the sea is clean, very nice for a swim in June. You can reach Zlati pjasci (Golden Sands) with a public transport for 3:20 lev, although you can get a taxi there even cheaper - for 3 leva. Just make a deal with the driver beforehand. Varna beach might even be nicer than Zlati pjasci, but I guess the clubbing scene is better at Zlati pjasci which is a tourist resort. Visit the Aladža monastery if you're into this kind of sightseeing. For a good beer, visit Avery beers store and Štajgata pub. For meals, look for the discounts after 6 pm at the self-service-local-kitchen restaurants. Try šopska salad and ajran!
