There is 24/7 buffets where any food group is catered for - babies, vegans, keto diet, fish/meat lovers. Same for the bars - open 24/7 and it's all included in the all inclusive package. The cleaning staff are crazy good - they fetch any trash in the air, change the sheets every two days, never seen a place this pristine!! Can't recommend it any more, can't wait to come back!

Really exceptional hotel. When I booked this hotel I didn’t expect anything even though I read good reviews but since it says 3 stars I didn’t expect anything, but this hotel was beyond any expectations. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helped with all the information I asked. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was really good. The restaurant right steps from the beach with great menu options and great service. I don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful everything was and when I checked out the receptionist lady gave me a little gift. I would rate this hotel 5 stars or more.

I can genuinely say that Gaby saved our summer holiday after a few days of bad experience in another hotel. The animation is fun and interactive for all ages. Our family was able to enjoy all the activities. Petya took great care of our son, Eray didn't let us gain weight with his gymnastics and water exercises and of course Eli who took care of the party side of our stay with the drinking games and the funny competitions. We appreciate the hard work of all staff members from the polite bellboy, the helpful receptionists, the energetic bartenders, and all the other nice young people that we met during our stay.

The hotel is very modern, at a great location near the beach. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned daily. The pool is pretty and clean. The breakfast was good and diverse. The coffee from the machines is very tasty. The staff is amazing and always available to help with anything. The gym is also amazing and has everything you need for a good exercise. Would definitely recommend, we fell in love with this hotel!

The beds and furniture in the rooms were very comfortable and of high quality, making our 3 night stay really enjoyable....The highlight of the stay was the service provided by the manager Petko....from the minute we arrived until we checked out he was available to answer questions offer help or advice....He gave us his Mobile number so we could contact if needed throughout our stay....If we return to Nessebar anytime in the future then the first point of contact will be Petko at the Hotel.
