The cleaning staff are crazy good - they fetch any trash in the air, change the sheets every two days, never seen a place this pristine!! Can't recommend it any more, can't wait to come back!

Situated on the north side of the Old Town of Nessebar, just 20 meters away from the coast, amidst unique architectural and historical monuments, the Hotel Saint John Baptist Nessebar boasts a great... Perfect location and a great room!! The breakfast and dinner were generous and tasteful, and included in the rate. We walked the entire town from our apartment and it was nice and easy. Kudos to the staff!!

When I booked this hotel I didn’t expect anything even though I read good reviews but since it says 3 stars I didn’t expect anything, but this hotel was beyond any expectations. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helped with all the information I asked. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was really good. The restaurant right steps from the beach with great menu options and great service. I don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful everything was and when I checked out the receptionist lady gave me a little gift. I would rate this hotel 5 stars or more.

So close to everything! The room itself was absolutely fabulous. Looked exactly like the picture. If anything, was bigger than I expected. The manager, Petko, is fantastic. He couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The standard room I had booked was spaceous and immaculately clean. What I absolutely loved about this hotel was the food - tasty, with excellent variety of the buffet in the main restaurant and the snack area, as well as the service offered - all the staff being warm-welcoming, kind and helpful. Well done, Imperial Resort!

The park is amazing All staff were with a perfect and extraordinary level of service. I will write here few names but all of stuff were excellent !! Mohamad salem from the bar stuff was great we were group of 21 people he served as with big smile, assist in every request, advised in any question, he works 12 hours per service and still with high level at every time Also mustafa feom the bar made a great efforts. Ali salah from the Dining Room or snack bar was great with level of service, helpful and was Ready to fulfill any request. Even at the reception desk the manager and stuff were very charming, understanding and applied to our various requests, and made the best to made our stay great !

A feleségem természetesen,de azért a strand részen található napozóágyak és a parthoz való közelség,központi elvelyezkedés magasan a többi korábban általunk látogatott szálloda fölé emeli a Dune-t!

The whole Resort is awesome. It gives you hundred choises for daytime facilities like bar, gym, saunas etc included in price; and also the sea is in about 5-10 min walk. At night the accomodtion is really peacful and calm. The staff is correct and helpfull. The swimmingpool-bar's bartender is a Really cool guy. He knows his job and he makes it right! Fantastic place!
Közel van a parthoz, gyönyörű a belső kertje. Tisztaság van, nem zsúfolt a part, mindig lehetett napozó ágyat találni.
Modern, szép szálloda, gyönyörü kilátással.
