The location was easy to find, and parking is possible both on the way and under the building. The check-in was so easy, and the staff is really helpful. The elevator functions well. The room is big and has two televisions. I loved the coffee machine and utensils in the room. The staff provides slippers incase asked. The best part of the hotel is its breakfast, which is way more delicious and varied than at several other hotels. I would definitely stay here next time.

The place was incredibly clean and the check-in and check-out procedure were very well arranged. The owners were very responsive and send us clear instructions on how to unlock rooms. There were dishes and utensils as well which proved very useful.

Located in Shumen city centre, a 10-minute walk from Shumen Train Station and Central Park, Hotel Avenue is a small hotel offering air-conditioned rooms with Provencal-style décor and free WiFi... Helpful staff, really lovely room, very reasonably priced! Bathroom was clean, and the location was excellent.

Family Hotel Preslav in Veliki Preslav features a garden and a terrace. With a bar, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Across the street from the hotel is a small leafy park with water fountains and a very pleasant café for an affordable lunch, a snack, or liquid refreshment. About 80 m from the hotel gate there is a small grocery store which is well stocked and can provide one with the basics for self-catering. The hotel has a looking. nice pool. The patio near the pool makes a pleasant shady spot in the late afternoon (in summer.) The room AC is "glacial" when returning after a hot summer day of exploration, The hostess is cheerful, and friendly and speaks serviceable English.
