I had a small balcony to sit on. There was tea, coffee and snacks available 24/7. The location was excellent, an easy 5 to 10 minute walk to the square where there were lots of great restaurants and coffee shops as well as it being beautiful. The receptionist was kind enough to arrange a transfer from Ruse to Burgas for a very reasonable price and the driver was safe and kind. Ruse itself is a beautiful town.

The staff was very helpful. The location was great. The rooms we stayed were just renovated and with an excellent view of the Dunabe river.
