Personnel went out of their way to make our stay as plesant as possible. Comfy mattreses, good sleep. Good breakfast. Three star but, really, on par with four star executive. Would definitley recommend and will surely return when in Ruse.

City Art Boutique Hotel is situated in Ruse, 1.4 km from Renaissance Park and 8.2 km from Danube Bridge. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a small balcony to sit on. There was tea, coffee and snacks available 24/7. The location was excellent, an easy 5 to 10 minute walk to the square where there were lots of great restaurants and coffee shops as well as it being beautiful. The receptionist was kind enough to arrange a transfer from Ruse to Burgas for a very reasonable price and the driver was safe and kind. Ruse itself is a beautiful town.

An excellent hotel, right in the heart of the city. Located exactly on the main street in the Old Town, there are many restaurants, cafes and shops. I have stayed at 4 hotels in Ruse, and this one is by far the best in terms of quality / price ratio. We will definitely come back here.
