It’s within walking distance of many of Ghent’s top sights, making it easy to explore the city. Me and my girlfriend loved wandering through the nearby streets, discovering charming cafes and beautiful architecture. Boutique hotel 1898 The Post offers accommodation in an iconic, historical building in the heart of Ghent. It is situated in the former post office. This hotel is truly special. Attention to detail is astonishing to the extant I rarely ever seen. This is proper 5 star hotel. Location wise , it can’t get any better in Ghent. The shower was in the second floor of my room, which was a nice touch.

Cleythil is located outside Maldegem, a 20-minute drive from historic Bruges and 30 minutes' drive from Ghent and the North Sea beach. The garden offers views of the Drongengoed forests and fields. I stayed with my family with two kids. Staff was very helpful and explained everything about the hotel, and facilities. A table was already reserved for our family for the breakfast which was a very nice start for the day. Breakfast was also really great. Kids like the family room a lot.

Our stay at Boutique Hotel Marie Marie was exceptional. The staff was so welcoming and the room was impressive. The location is excellent near the main sights and not far from the train station. We definitely recommend staying here when in Dendermonde!
