Spacious and comfortable room with a great view of the waterfront. Good bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, a comfortable couch, and soft carpeting. And our son and daughter-in-law had a suite big enough for a cot for their baby, just as we’d requested. What we especially appreciated is that instead of pretensions of luxury typical of so many hotels these days, we found down-to-earth hospitality and practical amenities. Excellent value for the price.

The location, room, hotel staff and general facilities were perfect. Also the artwork displayed were nice. There are very good restaurants nearby and Hobart's waterfront was gorgeous. We had a perfect stay. All our needs were perfectly met.

Just 2 minutes' walk from Sullivan's Cove and Salamanca Place, this restored mansion in Hobart offers modern accommodation with flat-screen cable TV and panoramic views of the harbour, mountain, city... Beautiful property and really nice building. Super clean with rooms that were very spacious. Very nice historical artifacts situated all over the hotel. The private garden was nice to have a drink at the end of the day. The location of the hotel could not be beat. It right on the wharf and close to many restaurants. All within walking distance. The city center was about a 10 minute walk. As you would expect in a property like this, the staff was excellent.
