This was amazing, gutted I was only there for one night. My room was amazing, spacious, spotless, comfortable bed, stunning view & the spa bath was a real treat after a long day driving. Ground coffee rather than instant was a much appreciated special touch. Heidi was just awesome, clearly working super hard but still attentive, friendly & pre booking communication from her was superb!! Port Campbell is a lovely wee place & I definitely plan to return. You won't regret staying at Waves.

Located in Torquay, 1.1 km from Fisherman's beach, The Sands Torquay provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The staff went over and above and were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a mixup when I arrived so I was upgraded and stayed in a beautiful suite. Everybody was so friendly and helpful and Mark, who works at the golf course, took me on a tour in the morning to see kangaroos! The pillows was so comfortable which is quite rare in hotels these days! That is a stunning walk to do along the beach. The salty sea dog is a Fantastic Café full of happy dogs and it absolutely made my morning .

Loved the clean, white decor - the shower was amazing. I also love that support small, local businesses and artists. The little details in my room really showed that. Especially loved the bath products made in nearby Bells Beach. Wish I had more time to visit the spa! The services looked incredible!
