The staff went over and above and were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a mixup when I arrived so I was upgraded and stayed in a beautiful suite. Everybody was so friendly and helpful and Mark, who works at the golf course, took me on a tour in the morning to see kangaroos! The pillows was so comfortable which is quite rare in hotels these days! That is a stunning walk to do along the beach. The salty sea dog is a Fantastic Café full of happy dogs and it absolutely made my morning .

I also love that support small, local businesses and artists. The little details in my room really showed that. Especially loved the bath products made in nearby Bells Beach. Wish I had more time to visit the spa! The services looked incredible!
