This is a gorgeous hotel that I can strongly recommend. I would gladly stay there again. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was perfect. Breakfast was superb as were the dinner meals. This will be where I stay anytime I visit Garmisch.

Hienoa oli myös se, että sai ilmoittaa edeltävänä päivänä siitä, että tarvitseeko huonetta siivota seuraavana aamuna. Hiljainen hotelli ja rauhallisella seudulla sijaitseva. Talon omistaja piti huolta viihtyvyydestä.
Nice staffs and clean facilities. The restaurant is great, wonderful puff. The scenery both sunrise and sunset are spacious. Also the room bed is clean and in good condition,look exactly as the promote photo.
Nice hotel for family with kids to play in the ground play. Its a place for relaxing.

Top location to visit Eibsee and Zugspitze, we could leave the car there after check out and take a bus to Eibsee. The bus stop is just around the corner and the hotel provided us with free bus tickets for the first day and the day of check out. The view from the hotel is also spectacular, for the price in the area you can't ask for more.
It was a perfect and the best trip in my life! My wife had a birthday and the hotel personal was very cute and helped me to prepare a surprise) flowers, champagne and etc… Gentle personal showed facilities and told me all tips about the city, where and what to find! Highly recommend this hotel! The highest score!

We loved the beautiful mountain setting.
Received a very warm welcome at check in. Michael even presented double scoop homemade ice cream cones and a plate of warm pastries! Breakfast was a huge buffet of yummy things. We totally loved the coffee machines for the hot chocolate! Rooms were clean and updated, cozy and had fabulous views of the nearby mountains!

The hotel is in a quiet location just above Gramisch-Partenkirschen, making it an excellent starting point for extensive hikes, even or especially in winter. Not very far to Alpspitz Berg or Zugspitze, accessible by train. Especially during the Christmas period, in half board, there was a wonderful celebration and wonderful buffets. The newly renovated wellness area ensured relaxation. Rooms are very nicely furnished, you can find everything you want. Cozy bar for late evenings. Staff very friendly and accommodating, even with special requests.
It is one of my nicest hotels I have every stayed though, little pricy. Staff and facilities are excellent. Just in the middle of the Alpine forest with lovely view of Zugspitze. Thank you

Quality, clean, comfort with an exceptional staff that were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent with good options and again a very friendly, helpful staff. Our family really enjoyed using both the indoor and outdoor pools. We would absolutely stay at this hotel in the future if we travel to this area again.

The view from our room was marvelous. The room was big, clean, equipped with everything. Good breakfast and dessert. Appreciated the snacks served between breakfast and dinner. Plenty of alcoholic drinks to choose from, good cocktails. I appreciated the private sundeck with sunbeds and that the SUPs and canoes were for free, as well as life vests and paddles. The self service bar was a nice touch too. Even though we discovered it on our own, since no one actually told us about it. Even if I did not use the service, I think it's cool they provide bikes for rental. I appreciated we received the Grainau Card, even if we didn't really use it. But a cute gesture. Parking with a lot of spaces, only for hotel guests.
Ruoka oli erittäin hyvää ja palvelu toimi myös hyvin. Spa-alue oli mukava.
Aivan mahtava henkilökunta. Erityismaininta Ankelle respasta iloisesta vastaanotosta ja avusta aktiviteettien kanssa. Aamupala oli maukas ja monipuolinen. Upeat näkymät hotellin ympärillä Tilava ja rauhallinen huone.
