Melanie at the reception welcomed us and she was very helpful, very positive and made us feel really special. A nice prosecco welcome drink was amazing! We've got an upgrade and the the room with the own sauna was just perfect! Breakfast was very good and everything was well thought till the last detail.

Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and everything was delicious. Room was very good. Clean and spacious, with modern renovations. The inclusion of amenities like a water boiling machine was convenient. Location was convenient. The hotel's location right next to the highway makes it easily accessible, particularly if you are traveling by car. Additionally, its proximity to Salzburg is a plus, and the availability of parking adds to the convenience.

For meg så var Salzburg bra med gamle byen og dens historie. Tenker at sommeren er den beste tiden foruten julemarkede! Mat steder er det ingen favoritter. Jeg spiste hvor som helst! Salzburg er en fin by, men hva jeg ser og liker er det samme hva andre liker!
Bad Gastein er en liten koselig by der det er flest skandinaverer. Byen ligger 1,5 time unna Salzburg med tog. Toget koster 15 Euro hver vei fra Salzburg Togstasjon. For å komme seg til togstasjonen må du ta buss nr 2 utenfor flyplassen. Husk å kjøpe billett før du går ombord på bussen (automat på bussholdeplassen). Bad Gastein har flere gode plasser å spise mat. Ginger'n Gin (Asiatisk mat), Salzenhof i kjelleren (Fondue) er noen. Belevue Alm er også en flott plass. Til her tar man singel stolheis til man er på fjellet der Belevue Alm er, og for å komme seg ned igjen kan man bruke kjelke. Byen har også et nydelig bad, med masse muligheter. For 20 Euro får man en 3-timers økt der man kan svømme innendørs, eller utendørs. Kan skli på rusjebanen, Sauna, dampbad, foss-basseng, m.m. Skianlegget er byen mest kjent for sannsynligvis, og fra Bad Gastein har man muligheter til å stå på ski i 4 anlegg. 2 av dem hører sammen (Bad Gastein og Bad Hofgastein), og de 2 andre må man ta buss til (Sportgatstein 20 minutter unna) og Graukogel.
Dette var min andre tur til Salzburg, var her også ifjor. opplevde mye mer denne gangen enn da, men da hadde nok varmen en del av skylda. Nå var det akkurat passe, så fikk sett mye mer. Besøkte blant annet Mirabell hagen, helt fantastisk å gå der. Mange fine butikker i gamle byen, selv om det ble litt mye Mozart, så var det endel av sjarmen. Jeg hadde det helt topp.
Hyggelig by som vi gjerne skulle blitt litt bedre kjent med, men det for bli neste gang. Herlig å vandre rundt i gamlebyen, men også kjempeflott å ta banen opp til slottet og vandre rundt der. Mye historie for de som er interessert, samt ett interessant museum i slottet. Anbefaler også en liten svingom innom Mirabell hagen! Skulle så gjerne tatt en av taubanene opp til de høye toppene som omkranser Salzburg, men det ble det ikke tid til.
Vi hadde kun 1 kveld i Salzburg men den var fantastisk. Nydelig sommervær, god middag på et av de lokale spisestedene og veldig koselig å rusle gjennom byen.
Salzburg er en flott by med mange gode historiske perler. Hvis du leier sykkel kommer du rundt hele byen og dens severdigheter på en dag.
Musikk, slott, museum, mat, øl, atmosfære, broen med hengelåser, Mozart kuler (blå og sølv). Enkelt å gå rundt å se, Borgen på toppen og Salzburg sin historie.
Salzburg er fin gammel by der den ligger på begge sider av elva Salzach. Vandring i trange gater mellom gamle erverdige bygninger er en opplevelse, særlig på dager med mye turister. Byen er ikke større en at en lett tar seg rundt til fots. Mozarts fødested og bolig hus er noe alle besøkende må få med seg. Er været bra vil en tur opp på Festung Hohensalzburg belønnes med fin utsikt over Salzburg. Har en mer en en ettermiddag disponibel er det nok severdigheter til å fylle en dag og to.
Fantastisk flott by i barokk stil. Koselige smug og veldig mange flotte klesbutikker og restauranter. Vi var der i tre dager, men skulle gjerne hatt et par dager til. Anbefaler også på det sterkeste en tur opp i fortet Hohensalzburg.
Vakker by med spennande omland. Hyggeleg å rusle rundt i bykjernen. Salzburg kan anbefalast for dei som vil gå i fjell eller unner seg ein båttur på Wolfgangsee.. Triveleg måltid på restauranten Carpe Diem😎
Beliggende litt i utkanten av Salzburg, med gangavstand til nødvendige butikker. Rolig område bestående av aktive gårdsbruk mitt inne i bebyggelsen, veldig interessant for en nordmann! Hotellet fremstår med en autentisk historisk stil, som også var noe av det jeg så etter da jeg bestillte dette. Restauranten serverte flere forskjellige retter om kvelden, en kjempegod egenutviklet Hartlwirt burger kan anbefales på det varmeste.

Sykler til fritt bruk i samband med leiligheten var topp. Vi sykla inn langs elven til Salzburg hver dag. Butikk berre nokre få 100 m unna.

It is a beautiful hotel, plenty of indoor and outdoor pools, very good restaurant and the rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very kind. We stay there for a week with two babies and the staff was very generous, thoughtful and accepting. My wife tried the spa, full-body massage, and said it was great also. There is a free parking near the entrance and we found a place to park everyday.
