We travelled with a rather large group of friends, so we were assigned a separate dining room for all our meals, which was great because it meant we could enjoy ourselves without bothering the other guests too much. The hosts were very helpful. The food was good, based on traditional meals, but there were also vegetarian options and special menus for the children. The apartments were very spacious, as well as the balcony (which we did not use because it was winter, but I imagine it is wonderful during warmer seasons).

The Flattacher Hof is located in the center of Flattach. It offers free use of its spa area and a free ski shuttle service to the Mölltal Glacier ski area, 5 mi away. Excellent food (breakfast and dinner). Helpful staff and perfectly clean rooms.

Tasty food, large portions. Meals served very quickly. Clean rooms, (cleaned every day). Good location - you can get to the ski resort in Bad Gastein by train (which also transports cars) in 20 minutes. We recommend it, we will gladly come back.
