Hotel Alpenhof lies in Bach, 3 km from the Großarl-Dorfgastein Ski Amade. The stuff was great, welcoming and helpful. We were surprised how great was the design of the room. Everything is made with the attention to the details and the comfort of the guests (spa as well). There were a lot of animals near the hotel, like a small zoo with rabbits, guinea pigs, pig, geese, etc. The way to the hotel was also a lot of fun cause you need to drive on a serpentine road. :))

Completely extended in 2020 and located in the centre of Großarl in the Ski Amadé region, Berg-Leben features a large, top-floor spa area. The cable car is just a short walk away. Very friendly and helpful personell. We travelled as a family with our 5 year old son. We went there for hicking and I got from the reception the best recommendation on where to go. The hotel is clean, modern, quiet, with a personal touch in every room. The breakfast had everything we wanted and a cozy atmosphere. Also the restaurant in the evening was a pleasure. It is situatued right in the center of Großarl, which makes it very easy to either go for a hike right there or take the bus. I would come back again, any season.

Surrounded by scenic mountains, this hotel in the Großarl Valley is just 150 metres from the Großarl Cable Car and right next to the ski slopes. Very nice stay, great location between two ski lifts, everyone being friendly and polite, family keeping warm and friendly atmosphere, nice meals and free parking place.

Located right next to the hiking and cycling trails, the 4-star Schiederhof is 2 km from Großarl. It features a restaurant, wellness area and a sauna. Free Wi-Fi is available. The hotel was great! Very friendly staff and owners, location very nearby Grossarl and ski lifts. Breakfast and evening meals were good, more than sufficient and for the children separate menu's were available. Our family room was clean, spacious had a perfect layout with a small separate mezzanine where the children slept. Last but not least, there was an issue with our stay dates and they kindly asked us to arrive and leave a day earlier. We accepted this and as a thank you we received a voucher to spend in the hotel bar. We recommend staying there, we will come again if we go back to Grossarl. Well done Hotel Schiederhof!

A 5-minute walk away from the centre of Großarl, Hotel Pension Roslehen enjoys a quiet location next to the Hochbrand Cable Car. The south-facing sun terrace offers panoramic mountain views. Good hotel, but the main point here - it is EXCEPTIONAL sauna. I put below some pictures of it. Finnish sauna, wet sauna, turkish hammam, spacious rest area with water beds, tea corner, everything brand new! Of course, you got bathrobe, towels etc. Good breakfast and dinner (we took half board). Clean and spacious room with balcony. Friendly staff. Parking.

Set in Grossarl, 39 km from Eisriesenwelt Werfen, Hotel B&B VILLA-ALPIN offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. The rooms were clean, featuring modern furnishings and comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was also very pleasant. The entire hotel was spotless, with daily housekeeping service. The staff was very friendly, regularly ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with fresh food. After leaving our passports at the hotel, the communication with the staff was excellent - they promptly and efficiently helped us retrieve them in no time.
