We choose the apartment primarily because of position (nearest accomodation to the cable car), but we got much more. Apartment is beautifully designed with one wall in glass, terrace with great lake view and the forrest behind. It is equiped with everything you need even for longer stay (wash machine, dishwasher, many more appliences and the tiniest things you could imagine). And everything is new. Also great hosts! Very kind and helpful! Our recommendation! Since we like Gerlitzen we will definitely come back.

The host was very welcoming and gave us a few arrival gifts. We booked all of the apartments within the house, all were wonderful and very comfy, decorated as a ski chalet. The house is located near the Gerlitzen ski restort to which we took a 15 min drive every day. Our trip was also made memorable by the time we spent hanging out together in the enjoyable living room - each apartment has a common space and a very functional kitchen! Couldn't have picked a better house to rent :)

Exceptional stay! Skruba family provided all necessary information prior to our arrival, and we had a warm welcome. The apartment itself is perfect for two, very clean, there is a lot of space, it is modern, quiet and with a nice view. Kitchen is new and well-equipped, beds comfortable, everything is just right. For us it was a base to go skiing to Gerlitzen, and the location is excellent: approx.. 20 km from parking. This is a place where we would return anytime.

Four of us stayed at Inge's for four nights and had an absolute blast. The apartment is close to Gerlitzen (less than 15 mins door to chairlift), it's clean and thoughtfully designed, and has every amenity you can imagine--both basic (e.g. hair dryer, dishwasher, water heater, cookware) and next-level (e.g. heated floors, hair straightener, soda machine, espresso maker...). The host Inge is also extremely kind and helpful. Highly highly recommend!

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment walking distance from the cable car station at Gerlitzen so perfect for skiing. Apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Good sized lounge/kitchen diner area with good facilities (hob, microwave, kettle, toaster) Host waited up for us as we had a late arriving flight and was very friendly and helpful. Also excellent communication prior to our stay. Parking available. Thank you for an excellent week!

We had a nice skiing stay in a little apartment with all the things necessary for a cosy stay. The apartment is as described, with a nice bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The host was extremely friendly and fluent with all our requests and we would warmly recommend this accommodation. If you are looking for skiing, there is a cable car 8 minutes ride from apartment, connecting you with a very nice skiing place- Gerlitzen mountain.

Comfortable, welcoming with beautiful view from the balcony. Host seemed nice although we didn't really met her for longer than 3 minutes. I love the circular nature of apartment so you feel like there is more space than there is. (Bedroom has two doors, one leading to living/dining room and other to kitchen.) Location is near two supermarkets and it's not far away from Gerlitzen skilifts either, if you have a car.

Well equipped and cosy apartment! It was even decorated for Christmas:) The owner left a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift, which was lovely, and it was easy to communicate with him before and during our stay;) Great location ( 7-8 mins from the main gondola for Gerlitzen Alpe ski resort), very calm area (Bodensorf village) close to major supermarkets and some very nice restaurants;)

Nice hotel. Location is good for skiing, there is ski bus driving to Gerlitzen. I like how hotel is equiped. Nice big room for games, with two biliar pools and one table football and many family games. There is also a big room with desks where you can work on your laptop or papers. Gym is big and really good equiped. Breakfast is nice. Rooms are clean, bathroom big and good.

Very modern apartment, clean and warm. Everthing you need is in the kitchen for 4 people. It is near to Gerlitzen (less then 10 minutes to Talstation Kanzelbahn and 45 min to Turacherhohe. Grocery store is in 5min walking distance and other stores in less than 5 minutes driving distance. Threre is also a private path to the lake, so must be fun also in summer time.

Good location. 5 minutes driving to Gerlitzen ski resort and about an hour to all major resorts like Flachau, Obertauern. Really kind hostess willing to take care of everything you need. Extremely clean apartment, each room has its own bathroom. Spacious and comfortable rooms. We booked apartment for 6 person and everyone had privacy, there are max 3 beds per room.

Host Rose was really taking care that everything is alright, before we arrived and after we departed. Apartment was top notch value for money with additional things like microwave, coffee machine, toaster, oven, groceries like oils and spices. Bed and couch were comfortable and Gerlitzen is near. Would recommend and surely coming back when going for skiing.

Fantastic scenery and landscape hidden in the mountains. Beautiful old farmhouse with animals (a fantastic dog - we loved her so much - horses and cows) around. Very close to ski resort Gerlitzen. Very good value for money. Perfect place for the ones who love rural tourism.

The apartment is modern equipped and has everything you need. It is warm, clean, and located on a ten-minute drive with the car from the Gerlitzen cabin lift. Near the apartment, there is a free ski bus too. It is located in front of the beautiful lake.

The apartment is very quiet, comfortable, well equipped and nicely furnished. It is placed in proximity of Gerlitzen Alpe skiing area. We enjoyed the sauna and view of the surrounding nature. The family was very nice and helpful.

Comfortable hotel in lovely lakeside location with a small but nice pool and spa facilities. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is very convenient for Gerlitzen ski resort. There is a spacious drying room for ski equipment.

Owners are very kind and hospitable. We felt so comfortable during our stay. Location is great if you are for the short weekend stay for skiing at Gerlitzen. The house and the apartment are very clean and tidy.

Pinball apartment is located in quite place 15 minutes away from Gerlitzen ski resort. It is a perfect place to stay if you want to go skiing on Gerlitzen. The owners were very polite and understanding.

Super friendly and helpful hosts, clean and warm apartment. Close to Villach and Gerlitzen ski resort. A supermarket in walking distance.
