We were greeted by a friendly host that offered us a drink while checking in which started our stay really nicely. We then went to the room where we were greeted by the most epic view I've ever had from a hotel window. The hotel is basically at castle height and offers a view that simply put looks surreal. The bed was super comfortable and the room itself was tastefully and most importantly newly renovated. The breakfast was buffet-style and was great. It was higher-end than the regular breakfast you see elsewhere (had fresh figs and little chocolates for example) All in all, I 110% recommend this place, and you can be assured this is not my last visit in this hotel.

Delicious breakfast with a variety of foods. Dinner was great and the service was excellent. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area and pool area. The location was so beautiful and so relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel with friendly staff, amazing views over the lake and the best heated infinity pool ever. The inside area is terrific and the bar / restaurant was also wonderful. Loved the little touches that made this a really great family holiday including the family friendly sauna and games room for kids.

Everything was perfect, from reception to the room and the spa. The food was amazingly delicious. it’s a very classy hotel. The room was large, with amazing view and very nice wood furniture. The spa is amazing even in the winter. The location is in the middle of the mountains. The view of the mountains from the pool it’s breathtaking. Per total it was an amazing experience which I will definitely repeat.

Everything you need for few days of relaxing in such fantastic alpine village can be found in this hotel! I'll start with the awesome location - quiet, inside the mountain, wonderful views everywhere you look, clear air, clean water. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and in the room there was a nice wardrobe with plenty of space for your luggage. The room was very well designed and equipped with attention to every single detail - well done! And now - last but not least - the staff was amazing - helpful, professional, friendly. If I can give 10 out of 10 for the hotel, the staff that works there added additional 10 on top of the overall rating - Thank you guys! Whoever is the manager in the hotel - you build awesome team - the staff you have is a real treasure! PS - for someone who's looking for the parking details - parking is underground with plenty of spaces (1 space for each room/accomodation) and plenty of space to maneuver with large SUVs. There are a lot of parking spaces with dedicated electrical charging station. There was even a dedicated space where you can leave your personal bicycle (if you bring your own bicycle).
Location is great and getting passes for the gondola is a great perk. Breakfast was fantastic.
