The whole property has an amazing cozy atmoshphere. All employes are awesomely kind and polite, the breakfast is very nice, they have a beautiful garden that can be appreciated from the room’s windows and while you have the breakfast as well. Super clean and very well maintained. Looking forward for the next time!

Situated close to Lake Argentino and surrounded by woods and mountains, this 4-star hotel in Calafate provides cosy, well-equipped rooms and a restaurant serving local cuisine. Breakfast was delicious. A complete variety of everything one would want to have. So was dinner one night, especially the Patagonian Lamb. Also packed lunch bags for our excursion to the Perito Moreno Glacier. Excellent staff and service.

The location is excellent. It is a new property and stylishly decorated. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The quality of the linen etc was excellent. Mine had a balcony which was comfortably sized and ideal for a pre dinner drink. What really made our stay, however, was the staff. We were welcomed warmly and every effort was made to assist us in every respect including going out of their way to find a money exchange facility on the morning we left. It was truly outstanding service. One of us managed to take the room key with us when we left and staff were able to quickly make arrangements to collect it from us at the bus station.
