The staff is extremely friendly and professional - Vinni the Security guard and Klajdi the receptionist were without a doubt the main reason, that the stay in the hotel was a great experience. I don’t know what their salary is, but they definitely need a bonus for continously going above and beyond in comparison to what you see at other hotels.

Nevermind staying here, I'd like to move in! This hotel was so awesome - not just the accommodations, but the atmosphere itself, due to how personable the staff are! They are very helpful, talkative and kind. The rooms were stylish, and the bed was very comfy - it had 2 types of pillows, which I loved. The value is extraordinary, and it comes with daily spa time, as well. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and the restaurant serves great food for dinner, as well (I recommend the Elisa Salad). The rooms were quiet, and the AC worked like a charm. Also, it's only about a 10-12 minute walk to Skanderbeg Square.
