The hotel is beautiful and very peaceful. As there were some cancelations, we ended up to be the only ones on the whole building. The hosts left us loads of baverege and snacks downstairs so we stayed up late just enjoying the evening. Also the location is great as you are nowhere near the road, so it is very quiet.

The room is large and bright and opens on to a balcony with the same amazing view as from the castle. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. It felt calm and peaceful - and I loved the contrast of the dark wood and crisp white of the linens and towels. It felt like a spa setting, especially being able to sleep with the windows open and wake up to the early morning breeze - and then being served our very generous morning breakfast - included in the price - outside, overlooking the valley! The two young gentlemen - and they were - were polite, helpful, very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I hope the owner appreciates what super staff they have - great public relations skills.
