Karim (the manager picked us at the airport). He is wonderful! The lady who prepared the breakfast is absolutely lovely. One rainy day, we got back cold and wet and she saw us... 10 minutes later she knocked at our door. She had prepared warm bread for us! And we told her that we did not need breakfast on our last morning because we were leaving at 7:30 (breakfast started at 8:00 at the Riad). That morning, we opened the door and she had left us a bag full of goodies (muffins, egg sandwiches, fruits, yogurt, water, ecc). We ate it all during our 10 hour trip to the dessert. They treated us like family. We highly recommend this Riad
