Absolutely beautiful in the hills outside of Coonoor. The hosts were so nice, dinner was absolutely delicious some of the best food I’ve had in India. The room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I was a little sick when I arrived and couldn’t enjoy much but the hosts brought me tea and really cared for me. They also helped me book taxis.

Place is good for couple and 4-5member family. Owner is friendly .and super Super checkin and flexible checkout. Tv and speaker feel like theater.. Beautiful kitchen. Please make sure get all the keys . Otherwise the manager will give one room key. Go for it

The chalet s are well equipped with all essentials clean wash room . The balance offers a great view of the Meadows , where a lot of animal activity’s happens, also it’s the start point of the core area of the reserve . The owners are amiable , knowledgeable and experienced. Staff too are polite. The place is run in a sustainable, Eco friendly manner. Single use plastic, loud noise, over bright lights are practically shunned. Highly recommended for an authentic, no nonsense pure wildlife experience. We will definitely come back soon .
